Aerial search for missing Indian-Singaporean climber on Everest tomorrow

A team of rescuers is scheduled to fly for Mt Everest tomorrow morning to conduct an aerial search for the missing Indian-Singaporean climber. Solo Hungarian climber missing from Everest Hillary Step area Garret Madison scales Everest for 13th time, Anna Ott completes Everest-Lhotse in 25hrs Shrinivas Sainis Dattatraya, an Indian Singaporean climber, went missing from 8,500m on Mt Everest since May 18. Shrinivas reportedly fell from above 8,500 into the Tibetan side while descending from the summit of the world's highest peak from Nepal side. "Capt. Philipp Schwegler and Capt. Deepak Pun have already obtained necessary permits to fly Kailash Helicopter in the Tibetan side to search for missing climber," sources confirmed. An aerial search and rescue team has been deployed by Shrinivas's family. The search and rescue crew have already obtained permits from the Chinese Embassy and the Government of Nepal. The team will fly for Mt Everest tomorrow morning to attempt to locate Shrinivas, 39, who is an executive director at a real estate firm in Singapore," sources added.
