Crime watch : Indian looted Himalayan News Service A taxi driver and his helper looted a sum of Rs 70,000 from Pushpa Kumar Gupta, 35, at Bijulibazaar in Kathmandu while he was returning to his home in Kupandol from the Everest Casino on Monday. Police said Gupta, who hails from India, was looted at 3:30 am. The looters showed arms to take him under their control. Police are searching the cab with registration number Ba a Ja 7180. Karan Gurung, 21, sustained injuries when he was stabbed by a group of hooligans on Sunday. He was stabbed at Mhaipi while he was returning to his rented home. He is undergoing treatment at the Bir Hospital and is is out of danger.
