EBL to provide bonus shares Kathmandu: Everest Bank Ltd (EBL), a joint venture bank with Punjab National Bank of India, held its 11th annual general meeting in Biratnagar — first time outside the Kathmandu valley. The meeting approved 20 per cent bonus shares, states a press release issues here today. The meeting also approved the financial statements of the current fiscal year 2004-05.
