Everest signs pact with Microtech KATHMANDU:Everest Hospitality and Hotel (P) Ltd, owner of the proposed 221 room flagship Marriott site in Naxal, has announced that it has entered into an MEP agreement with Microtech M & E Pvt Ltd, Nepal’s premier mechanical, engineering and plumbing services company.  Everest Hospitality and Hotel (P) Ltd, is a subsidiary of the MS Group, a leading conglomerate in Nepal. “Everest Hospitality and Hotel is delighted to conclude this agreement with Microtech M & E Pvt Ltd for our proposed flagship Marriott Hotel,” the media release issued on Tuesday has quoted Sumit Kumar Agarwal, chairman of Everest Hospitality, as saying. “Our five-star deluxe property is going to be first five-star deluxe hotel of international standard in Nepal and is expected to open in the first quarter of 2018. Our proposed five-star deluxe hotel is located in Nagpokhari, Naxal, and will have all the amenities and facilities that a sophisticated world traveller demands.” MS Group is already constructing another hotel, Fairfield by Marriott, in Thamel to be in operation by end of this year.
