Hostel property gutted Property worth Rs 1 lakh was gutted when a fire broke out at Everest Nursing Institute in Hetauda on Friday night. The fire was caused by a gas leakage in the kitchen, proprietor Nabin KC said. Beds, goods, foodstuff and furniture in the hostel were destroyed, KC added. A fire engine from Hetauda municipality extinguished the fire.
