KATHMANDU: Police arrested three persons alleged of looting in Bhaktapur on Friday night. The trio had looted Rs 2,500 in cash and a mobile set from Tulraj Shahi, 30, in Kavre, the police said. Those arrested include Nima Lama, 25 of Solukhumbu and Buddha lama, 18 of Bhaktapur. Meanwhile, Rs 8,08,000 and goods were stolen from Hotel Everest in Baneshwor on Friday night after a gang of unidentified persons broke into it. — HNS KATHMANDU: A house was gutted in Ichangu Narayan of Kathmandu on Friday. Property worth Rs 5,25,000 was gutted in the fire that had engulfed the house of Yaguamurti Neupane.
