KATHMANDU: To celebrate the Chinese New Year, Mandarin restaurant at The Everest Hotel has come up with a special menu which is being served from January 23. According to Gopal Singh, Senior Sous chef, the new menu includes popular Chinese dishes with special focus on seafood. Crispy fried fish and steamed whole fish are some are the highlights, he says. While Chef Jitendra Raj Basnet has recommended the double cooked roast pork and roast duck.
Singh added, “While the menu is for around 10 days to celebrate the Chinese New Year, we would continue the dishes if our patrons like them.”
