Nepal bags Best Decoration Award in tourism fair KATHMANDU: Nepal has won the Best Decoration Award in the Travel and Tourism Fair (TTF) that was held in Bangalore from Friday to Sunday. More than 125 exhibitors have participated in the fair. Nepal was a partner country of the TTF Bangalore this edition with the theme “Nepal-Back on top of the world.” The Nepal stall was centrally placed with an area of 48 square metres, according to the Nepal Tourism Board. Major theme of the stall was pilgrimage along with cultural and adventure attractions. Three big banners portraying pictures of Pashupatinath, Pokhara and the Everest were placed at entrance where visitors busied themselves taking pictures. Indian nationals were found interested in travelling while young visitors were interested towards adventure, the Board said. It added that the rest were inclined towards pilgrimage.
