Nepal's new Constitution taken to top of the world KATHMANDU: A youth mountaineer recently took the Nepal's Constitution promulgated in September last year to the Mount Everest summit recently. Youth mountaineer Anish Luintel from Jhapa district scaled the highest mountain of the world with a copy of the Constitution along with the national flag on Saturday, May 21. A Scouter, Luintel also flied the Nepal Scouts flag on the top of the world, informed Nepal Scouts National Council member Guna Raj Pyakurel.
