The Netflix documentary '14 Peaks: Nothing is Impossible', which follows mountaineer Nirmal Purja 'Nimsdai' as he sets off on a daring quest to set a new mountaineering record, currently ranks at No. 7 on the Netflix Global Top 10 movies list.

The list includes films that were on the global top 10 chart on Netflix from November 29 to December 5.
According to Netflix, the documentary chronicling Nimsdai's quest to climb all 14 summits above 8,000 meters in seven months had a total of 12,170,000 hours of viewing time in the said duration.
Torquil Jones' film was among the top ten films on Netflix in 45 countries, with #1 position in Slovakia, Slovenia, or Switzerland.
The film is developed from 100 hours of footage captured by Nimsdai and his team during their journey to the highest peaks, attempted between April to October 2019.
He and his team comprising of Mingma David Sherpa, Geljen Sherpa, Lakpa Dendi Sherpa and Gesman Tamang scaled Mt Everest, K2, Kanchanjunga, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu, Dhaulagiri I, Manaslu, Nanga Parbat, Annapurna I, Gasherbrum I, Broad Peak, Gasherbrum II, and Shishapangma braving tough weather, showcasing strong will and returned victorious, thus breaking the previous record held by Kim Chang-ho of South Korea, who took nearly eight years to summit all 8000ers.
