"I reached the summit point at around 6:45am," Pemba Rita, hailed from Gaurishankar - 9, Rolwaling, said after returning from the summit. Sherpa said, he felt proud of having Sherpa Association's banner and USA flag to the top of Everest. This is Pemba Rita's 14th summit on Everest. He scaled Everest for 11 times from south side while three more times from Tibet side. Pemba Rita is associated with Nepal National Mountain Guide Association and a certified IfMGA/UIAGM guide. Apart from Everest summits, Pemba Rita scaled K2 two times, Manaslu five times, Cho Oyu two times and Shishapangma for one time. "I have also climbed Himlung twice and Ama Dablam for three times, Sherpa said, adding that he scaled China's Muztagata for 15 times.
