Site launched to bring around canine lovers KATHMANDU: Mount Everest Kennel Club has launched Nepal's first ever social networking site aimed at promoting interaction among dog owners. Organising a press conference, Suresh Shah, club managing director, today said dog lovers and owners could interact with each other through the website www.pyarosathi.com. "The number of dog owners is multiplying by the day across the nation. The site will help share problems regarding the pet among the owners," he added. Shah estimated that there were around 120,000 pet dogs in the valley, owned by some 100,000 individuals. Meanwhile,website developer Nirajan Bom Malla said the social networking would help the owners as well as lovers to share their experiences of the animal.
