Sports Council registers NCSA Kathmandu, October 27: Nepal Corporate Sports Association (NCSA) was registered at the National Sports Council as its 52nd national association. The NSC meeting on Wednesday decided to include the association under its umbrella to involve the private sectors and non-governmental organisations for the development of sports in Nepal, said the sports governing body. NSC member secretary Kishor Bahadur Singh handed over the nomination letters to the officials. Mohan Shumsher Rana of Everest Insurance Company heads the committee. Aang Dendi Sherpa (Air Dynasty Heli Service), Aashish Bista (Gorkha Brewery), Mahesh Mishra (Bank of Kathmandu), Prabhat Rimal (Kantipur FM), and Mukunda Malla (DHL Nepal) are the vice presidents. Kishor Bhattarai of A and A Mineral Water is the general secretary, while Pratap Jung Pandey of ILFC is the joint secretary and Tarun Rai of Jenith Group treasurer. The members of the newly-registered committee are Sunil KC (Standard Chartered Bank), Sumed Bhattarai (Laxmi Bank), Sanjiv Mishra (Media Consultant), Sujan Raja Shrestha (Himalayan Snax and Noodles Pvt Ltd), Uttam Karki (Surya Nepal Pvt Ltd), Sabin Sthapit (Bottlers Nepal Ltd), Bishwadhar Tuladhar (World Distribution Nepal), Bhuvan Kumar Dahal (Nabil Bank), Captain Pramod Thapa (Buddha Air), Lokesh Rana (Himalayan Bank Ltd), and Bijay Rajan Shrestha (legal advisor and NSC representative).
