Teacher on tour falls to death from hotel window in Pokhara POKHARA:A man on Pokhara-tour died after falling from a second floor window of a hotel in Lakeside on Tuesday night. The deceased has been identified as Ramu Prasad Acharya (27) of Bardaghat Municipality-11 in Nawalparasi. Acharya was a teacher at Bardaghat-based Mount Everest English Boarding School. According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Khadga Bahadur Khatri at the Kaski District Police Office, Acharya fell from a second floor window of Prime Hotel last night. The preliminary investigation shows that Acharya, who was in a team of 11 teachers on the city tour, had stayed with two other colleagues in room no. 303. Further investigation into the case is underway while the body of the deceased has been sent to Western Regional Hospital, Pokhara for the postmortem, police informed.
