The incident occurred between Camp I and the base camp when Sherpa climbers headed to Camp I carrying expedition logistics, the source confirmed.
"Three Sherpa climbers have gone missing in a crevasse when the icefall route collapsed this morning," a source told THT from the base camp.
Efforts are underway to search and rescue the missing climbers, the source added.
